Coca-Cola Company released multiple series of its SANTA CLAUS Drinking Glasses in the late 1970s and early 1980s as marketing campaign giveaways. Each series included three glasses decorated with reproductions of Coca-Cola's famous Haddon Sundblom Santa Claus illustrations.
Listing includes a complete set of three glasses from Series I.
- One of three: Illustrated with 1961 artwork of Santa Claus drinking a bottle of Coca-Cola while shushing a puppy;
- Two of three: Illustrated with 1960 artwork of Santa Claus sitting in a large arm chair drinking a bottle Coca-Cola after a long winter's night surrounded by his elves;
- Three of three: Illustrated with 1947 artwork of Santa Claus sitting on a stool with toys at his feet while drinking a bottle of Cola-Cola.

About Haddon Sundblom: Sundblom (1899 - 1976) was an illustrator best known for his Santa Claus artwork used by Coca-Cola in its advertisements and marketing campaigns. Coke commissioned Sundblom to paint the famous portraits of Santa Claus enjoying a bottle of Coca-Cola for more than 30 years. It has been said the inspiration for his warm, friendly, and pleasantly plump Santa was the 1822 poem, "Twas the Night Before Christmas."
