Beautiful HANDBLOWN GLASS FLOWER VASE designed with ten sided or ten ribbed bulbous body. Possibly manufactured by Heisey Glass or Imperial Glass as the design is similar to the Heisey Glass Orchid Vase in Colonial Clear.
The HANDBLOWN GLASS FLOWER VASE is very heavy for its size--weighing 1 pound 10 ounces while only about 4 ½” high by 5 ½” wide. The glassblower's pontil mark is on the bottom of the vase.
The glass is very clear with no yellowing or discoloration and the vase is in great condition--other than a few very small nicks on the foot/base, which are unnoticeable when the vase is upright. Piece marked accordingly for the damage.
